Square Acrylic Ganache Boards – 3mm Thick – Set of 2
Create straight sides, flat tops and sharp square cake edges with this pair of clear acrylic ganache boards. They can also be used with buttercream and other frostings.
Discs are sized at standard cake inch sizes, as well as 1/4" and 1/2" wider to eliminate cake trimming & wastage when covering in buttercream. It even gives the perfect buttercream thickness!

- Made from clear 3mm thick food safe acrylic
- Set of 2 discs of the same size
- Discs available in a variety of sizes
- Discs have hole in the centre for a cake dowel. Keep your cake in place as you frost it. Choosing not to use the hole, will not affect the use of the product.
-Etched outline helps you to centre your cake on the boards and create an even buttercream frosting layer.
Using instructions: Simply place a disc on top & bottom, fill sides & scrape away excess for a smooth, straight finish. Use our etched guide to centre your cake perfectly.
Please note: Acrylic comes with a protective coating on both sides to prevent damage in transit. Please peel off prior to use. Wash in warm soapy water before the first wash and after each use, these are not dishwasher safe - they will warp.
