Processing and Shipping
• Service Area: We ship exclusively within Australia.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 10 business days. Note: Express shipping only accelerates shipping time, not processing time.
• Shipping Carriers: We use Australia Post and Sendle. Allow up to 5 business days for processing and dispatch. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.
Shipping Times
• Sendle: Approximately 6 - 18+ business days. Delivery times may vary based on location.
• Australia Parcel Post: Approximately 5-7 business days. Note: Delays may occur during peak seasons.
• Australia Express Post: Approximately 1-2 business days. Note: Delays may occur during peak seasons.
• Remote Locations: For remote areas, add an additional 2-5 business days to the estimated shipping time.
Shipping Schedule
• We ship on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders begin processing the day after placement.
Liability
• Delivery: Once an order is with the courier, we are not responsible for the delivery process. For delivery concerns, contact the shipping provider directly. We’re here to assist if needed.
• Delays: We aim to meet our delivery estimates but aren’t liable for delays or expenses caused by late delivery.
Shipping & Damages Disclaimer
• We’re not liable for damages or losses during shipping. Contact us or Australia Post to file a claim for damaged orders—report damages within 5 days of receipt.
• Refunds: We do not process refunds for damaged items unless reimbursed by the shipping carrier.
• Incorrect Address/Return to Sender: If a parcel is returned due to address issues, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment at an additional cost.
