Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We only ship to addresses within Australia.

All orders are sent via Australia Post or Sendle. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information.

We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 2 PM WST will be processed the following business day. Due to a high volume period, your order may take longer than anticipated. Please check store announcement for processing delays.

We will try to let you know if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date or time, but, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late or delayed delivery.

For remote locations, please add an additional 2-5 business days to each shipping method's expected delivery time.

RUSH ORDERS will be treated as priority. Please add RUSH ORDER to your cart if you require your items to be sent out urgently. This will not speed up the shipping time. You might like to Express post it.

PLEASE NOTE: Damaged Goods

AT Blanks is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We take extra care to package our orders for a safe journey. In the unlikely event you receive your order damaged, please contact Australia Post or Sendle directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your parcel is returned to us due to ‘incorrect address’ or ‘return to sender,’ we will contact you to arrange the shipping of your item again, at an additional cost to you.

RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and acrylic must have its protective masking intact.

WE DO NOT offer returns on custom cut items.
