Hotmark revolution is a very thin PU with a semi-matte finish and a soft-touch. Specifically developed to allow universal applications. With a pressure sensitive backing making it easy to cut and weed. It is thinner than other films on the market and as a result layers beautifully.

Suitable Applications
It is a new film adapted for different kinds of textiles including: cotton, nylon and polyester. Suitable for elastane textiles such as sportswear garments.
Technical Information- Thickness: 75 micron
- Press temp: low: 120°C, 20s / quick: 140°C, 5s
- Peeling: polyester and cotton: hot and cold peel. nylon: hot peel only
- Wash temp: max: 60°C / nylon: max 40°C
- Tumble dry: approved
- Ironing: inside out
Application Instructions
- Place htv carrier side down
- Cut the vinyl on mirror
- Weed excess vinyl
- Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds
- Place the vinyl on the garment
- Press using Chemica fact sheet and garment specifications
- Hot or cold peel carrier sheet
- Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing
Acrylic comes with a protective film or paper on both sides. Please peel off prior to use.
